Email Notifications
You subscribe to whatever counties you are interested in and the event types of
interest - new filings, default judgments, Sheriff's report of sale, etc.
Receive a daily spreadsheet specifically formatted for MS Word mail merge. Or, you
can choose to receive realtime email notifications.

Export Lists for Mail Merge
You can export any list in our system. After you've searched and found the list
of filings you are interested in, simply click the export link at the top of the
list. This will download a spreadsheet to your computer specifically formatted
for easy mail merge with programs like Microsoft Word.
Our exporting feature is also smart enough to know which records you have previously
exported and will keep you from downloading duplicates.
